Hot Cheesy Tuna Wrap! 386 Kcals
05 Aug 2013, 23:16
So, I am a self confessed foodie and I love strong flavours and savoury dishes. This is a nice lunch I often made before beginning 5:2, but with one or two modifications to minimise the calorie content but keep the flavour to the max!

Ingredients:
- 1 Tortilla Wrap (Generally around the 100 Kcal mark!)
- 1 180g tin Tuna Chunks (in brine) (approx. 130g drained weight - 130 Kcals)
- 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise (49 Kcals)
- 1 tbsp Sweetcorn (approx. 20 Kcals)
- 1 diced Shallot(7 Kcals)
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (5 Kcals)
- 3 Laughing Cow Light cheese triangles. (25 Ckal x 3 = 75)

Method: SOOOO easy!
-Flatten out the wrap and spread cheese triangles on one half.
- Mix tuna with mayo and pop onto the cheese.
- Mix sweetcorn, shallot and peppers and put on top of the tuna mix.
- Now fold that bad boy up and wrap loosely in tinfoil.
- Pop into the oven at about 150 for a good 20 minutes.
- Serve piping hot!

Very difficult isn't it??

It works out at 386 kcals, which I know is quite high for a fast day, but believe me, have this as an afternoon lunch and you'll be satisfied for the day!

Again, like the garlic mushroom recipe I posted earlier, you won
't believe you're eating so few calories because when that cheese is all lovely and hot and melty, it just feels like pure indulgence!

Enjoy!
