Made this tonight, and it looked so pretty and colourful I wanted to share it with you!

I didn't make the stir fry sauce from scratch, but that probably means the calories are as accurate as they could be.

This looks delicious. I'll make it next week. Will have to make my own sauce as don't have them in the supermarket here, any idea about a sauce recipe? Thanks
Looks delish. We had chicken thigh and veg stir fry last night. Shredded the courgette, which soaked up the flavours. But may try the vermicelli. Thanks,
Fantastic. I guess you could make it with raw prawns and just take a few extra minutes to cook it up. Find that soaks up flavours than recooking cooked prawns. I think they are cheaper a bit too when bought raw.

I had the same last night @carieoates! though had to throw in breasts as well as thighs for daughter number 1 who is the fussy one with which part of an animal she will consume.

I put in peanut butter in mine ... give it that sate flavour. And the mandatory sweet Indonesian soy sauce. I can eat that by the spoonful.

Have some leftovers for fast day dinner tonight but will omit extra indonesian sweet soy due to calories

Didn't realise raw prawns were cheaper - thanks for that tip. To be honest, I am not generally a massive fan of prawns and tend to go for chicken, but prawns were lower in cals.

Not that it made the blindest bit of difference - no loss this week :(
