Hmmmmm, I was feeling REALLY hungry and as though on auto-pilot I grated 200 g of mushrooms (22 cals) added chicken stock cube (5cals) and hot and spicy Chinese marinade sachet (15 cals) and 1 pint of boiling water. 5 mins in the microwave and I have a spicy chicken noodle soup! .... I'm getting good at both laziness and fasting. Yay me!! Hehe

Thought mine was a good one till I saw yours. Just in case anyone's interested. Here's mine.
1 tin of chopped tomatoes.
Handful of red lentils.
2 rashers of bacon.
Dash of chilli flakes.
Sprinkle of bouillon.
