Oooh sounds good Jane! I am a real savoury gal. Did you use chicken, beef or veg Oxo?

Hi I always have a beef one on fastdays like today I've found tesco lite choices cup soups but there's probably 4times calories so use them when I'm desperate for something different :clover: Sue

Be cautious if you are wheat intolerant or gluten free for any reason, OXO's have wheat as their first, meaning biggest, ingredient. I have a half a Knorr cube if I need a savoury hit.

A savory drink really gets me get over the bumps on fast days. I do Bovril or miso too, for 10-20 calorie a mug. Very satisfying when your tummy is rumbling.

My broth of choice is Herb Ox. Comes in beef or chicken, is free of gluten, salt, and MSG and only 10 calories!

I was so excited last week to try some Miso as so many people talk about it on here...well I couldn't drink it. Tasted like old sea water IMHO. I hear there are different flavors so maybe I just had a bad one. But the Herb Ox is less calories anyway:)
