5:2 Diet Recipes

5 posts Page 1 of 1
Hello everyone. It's been ages since I posted. I've been a little demotivated. Still eating a low low cal diet on Mondays and Thursdays, but not being quite so militant as I was before about the whole thing. I'm not losing anything, but not gaining, and that's fine with me at the mo.

In any case, I blogged another recipe for those interested. It's filling, doesn't take long, is made from non-processed, healthy ingredients and was SO good. Also, my five year old did most of the work.

Hope everyone is well and happy xx
Love the sound of this and yes, the yogurt will certainly be added! Btw love the pics of your wee girl, you're training her well! Funny how most young children adore cooking! I am going through a phase of Swiss chard, all types, do you have any recipes?
Lovely recipe so thank you very much for this. My OH & I love chickpeas but I will have to buy some chipotle paste. Your daughter is a clever girl
dhana, I've never eaten Swiss chard, but I am going to look for some the next time I am in Sainos. Give me a bit of time and I'll come up with something yummy.
Hi Imcounting nice to hear from you again. Recipe sounds yummy.
