Spicy Diet: Ginger
13 Sep 2013, 10:29
Probably all girls dreamed of being a little while to become fairy: wave a magic wand or magic potion to cook ...

Ginger

For therapeutic purposes, ginger is used primarily as a diaphoretic for colds. But if you have to fly a helicopter ride on the carousel or swim on the ship, a teaspoon of ground ginger in a glass of warm water should be set to the desired mode of the vestibular system.

It is believed that ginger improves digestion and stimulates blood circulation. Queen Elizabeth I loved the gingerbread, the chef bake in the form of her court - the famous prototypes (especially after the release of the trilogy of Shrek) gingerbread men.

P.S. sorry for my bad english(((
