5:2 Diet Recipes

Looks nice but the main source of calories is rather vague - 3 or 4 thick slices of ham - would be better with a weight. I might try it but calorie count it
I assume the rice is not included in the 250 cals
Yes it does. I have this months edition and thinking of trying the spiced roasted cauliflower with caper raita tonight .
Lil, I agree - I'd rather have a weighable quantity with the exact calories quantity in a 5:2 recipe. 3-4 slices of ham is terribly vague! And it would also depend on which type of ham - a home-baked one is just the meat, whereas shop-bought slices are likely to be full of all sorts that will contribute to the calorific value, such as sugar or mustard. I think I'll have a go at this with 100g chicken breast breast meat and up the greens.

I'll be skipping the rice too.
