Surprising ASDA soup
25 Sep 2013, 11:42
I don't normally shop in ASDA, but needs must this morning.
Dashing round (and I can dash, now!!) I grabbed a pack of Spicy Butternut soup mix with coconut and lime grass.
Directions followed, I added a less salt Knorr stock cube and let it bubble away for about 15 mins.
Now blitzed, I can report it's delicious. I have given myself half of it in a big comforting mug.
At 151 calories, I can say, 'Well done, ASDA!'

I don't think we have ASDA in Aust, but it's a good reminder to check out those soups! Thanks for the tip! I love tips, they really help!

Love the sound of that, and although I make soup fairly often, this sounds great as a standby. Asda is the only supermarket don't have here in Stirling, but there's one near my mum's in Glasgow. We are heading into soup weather here!
