It always fills me up!

Quorn mince 100g 105 cals
Heinz baked beans (150g pot) 109 cals
Cooking onion, diced, 50g 21 cals
Oxo cube (beef/veg) 13 cals
Crushed chilli flakes half tsp 3 cals
A little water to make a bit of stock.

Cook together till thickened and reduced a bit

Mashed celeriac 100g 18 cals

269 calories, according to my FitnessPal.
I usually add a dash of tabasco, too, with a bit of pepper and salt.

Will def try this one out for a future fast day next week... But i may replace the quorn with lean turkey mince works out at 114 cals per 100g.
