my crunchy spicy salad
24 Feb 2013, 15:58
1 cup sliced celery 14 cals
1 cup diced cucumber 16 cals
100g bean sprouts 34 cals

1 teaspoon olive oil 40 cals
2 teaspoons fish sauce 15 cals
juice of 1 lemon 12 cals
1/4 tsp chilli powder
fresh coriander to taste

total cals 131

Very tasty, crunchy and can be difficult to get on your fork
I have added the olive oil to the dressing because MM says it helps with nutrient absorption and flavour of course!
