I just ate like a queen for about 400 calories!

I had thinly sliced sirloin steak (about 4 ounces was plenty!) over a large spinach salad. I used 1/2 ounce of gorgonzola cheese, finely crumbled (I weighed it, but my guess is this was about a tablespoon), 2 oz cucumber, 2 oz carrots, 2 oz baby spinach leaves, 1 ounce of red bell pepper, thinly sliced, 2 ounces of red onion, thinly sliced, and two tablespoons of low calorie dressing.

Here are the calorie counts for making your own.

Spinach - 1 oz - 28 grams - 10 calories

Sirloin Steak broiled over rack (not fried in oil)- 1 oz - 50 calories

Gorgonzola 1 oz - 110 calories

carrots - 1 oz - 15 calories

cucumber - 1 oz - 3 calories

red onion - 1 oz - 11 calories
Had this last night and it was scrumptious - also felt like like a lot more calories, very satisfying thank you!
I did same with Chicken Breast. Almost couldn't finish!
Sounds amazing! Spinach has become my new best friend on fast days. I can eat a ton of it because it is so low cal and it fills me up. I am going to try your recipe next week.
