Came across a recipe the other day for Tomato, Celery and Apple soup. I haven't got the recipe but it would be very easy to wing it - finely chopped onion; appropriate quantities of fresh tomatoes, chopped celery and apple; chicken or veggie stock and I think it was seasoned with nutmeg. Cook and blend as desired. No idea what the calorie content would be but it's got to be pretty low; I'm definitely going to try this one.
