5:2 Diet Recipes

I made this recipe for dinner tonight and I really enjoyed it. It's not ultra low cal but has chickpeas and a little bit of couscous in so nice and filling. I reduced the calories down a bit from the recipe by not using any oil (ended up being 146 cals per bowl according to MyFitnessPal).
