stir fried chicken noodles

Pic of todays meals,I am on my phone so will add the recipe later. Very tasty! 491 cals divided into two pots.

"Chicken noodles"
Items in this meal Calories

Oil - Olive, 0.5 tablespoon 60
Chicken breast 1 cup, chopped or diced 231
Oil - Sesame, 1 tsp 40
Tesco - Baby Corn & Mangetout Peas, 100 g 28
Zero - Konnyahu Noodles, 200 g 8
Amoy - Light Soy Sauce, 10 ml 6
Ginger root - Raw, 1 tsp 2
Garlic (Fresh),1 cloves (9 g) 4
Celery - Raw, 2 stalk, medium 11
Onions - Raw, 1 small 29
Total: 419

Rinse noodles well under warm water to remove starchy water, add olive oil to the pan and fry onions, add chicken when onions are sauteed.brown chicken add ginger and garlic (adding it before will burn it) stir for a minute add, noodles stir for 3 mins add sliced/chopped veg, stir for a couple of minutes then add light soy and sesame oil. Enjoy
