Dont wanna give it away in the title ;)

Did this today.

Weight Watchers pitta bread [can use others if you want, just count the calories]
2 Morrisons Nume Pork Sausages
1 Cup Mushrooms
1 Cup Spinach
Morrisons Nume cheese slice

I used the george forman grill so as not too add fat or any oils, i did the mushrooms in thier, whilst they were cooking i layered the pitta with spinach, then once mushrooms were cooked i put them on the spinach, then cook the sausages and then lay them across the top again [you can cut up if you want] then put the cheese slice on top and put it under the grill and melt the cheese, then add the top of the pitta so it crisps up and voila!

I worked it our to 292 calories, i used Myfitnesspal.

I added lettuce and cucumber as a side salad, but obviously with a meal being less then 300 cals, you can add more of anything! The sausages are really tasty!
hi, how many cals are in the sausages and each WW pita? sounds like a really filling meal
1 white WW pitta bread - 106 cals
Sausages - 62 cals
thankyou, may use the sausages in a stir fry with zero noodles at some point
zero noodles???? what are they?
Mmmm! Pitta bread. I like doing bacon and cheese with piles of salad. not exactly a fasting day recipe.
AS its my day to cook today, Its now going to be pitta bread.
I have just logged on after having a cocktail size pita bread with a slice of gouda, half a slice of ham, lettuce and 1tbs mayo for my lunch - light and quick!
