My husband loves these!
for each:
1-50 calorie low carb tortilla such as these.. http://www.latortillafactory.com/products-3.aspx
1 cup thinly shredded romaine lettuce -8 calories
1/2 cup fresh salsa(Cherry tomatoes chopped, jalapeno pepper to taste minced,1 green onion minced, cilantro) aprox. 15 calories
25 grams grilled skinless chicken breast sliced thin- aprox 30 calories
1 tablespoon non fat greek yogurt_ aprox 8 calories.

Warm the tortilla on a griddle until pliable. place warm chicken inside, smear yogurt over chicken, cover with lettuce and top with salsa..Muy bueno!
each wrap is aprox 110 calories.
Yum - sound delish!
We can't get such low cal tortillas in Australia - a pity
Even a mini tortilla is about 85 cals
Glad to see some of your recipes appearing Fyrcat
Not sure if we can get low carb tortillas in the UK need to have a look, but wondered if it would work putting the filling in an iceberg lettuce leaf wrap :?:

Thanks for sharing.
I did something similar with beef - not too much beef steak, lots of onion, garlic, red pepper, yellow pepper, a bit of passata, chilli, garlic, herbs - and served in chinese leaf leaves. With low fat yoghurt and a sprinkling of low fat grated cheese they were lush!
I don't know the exact calories, but as it was our only meal I know it was less than 500 calories.
That sounds yummy too Dormouse - lettuce leaves are a great lol cal option for sure but it would be nice to have a wrap but ours in Aussie land are just too high in calls - the ones that are lower like 69 calls are really thin flat squarevsheets that just break and let everything fall out. Only good for fine fillings and then still pretty ordinary.
