5:2 Diet Recipes

This is a delicious low calorie, filling drink. It tastes like strawberries and lime, not spinach, though it is very green. It is a great drink to sip after dinner if still hungry.

In blender juice 100g strawberries 30-35 calories (3-6 berries depending on size)
3 large handfuls of spinach
The juice of one lime
1cup (8oz) water

Blend to smooth

Add large handful of ice and blend to smooth again.
This sounds nice and fresh, I make a lot of juices, so I'll give this one a go at some point.
