5:2 Diet Recipes

Hi everyone,

I've added my recipe for aubergine and courgette gratin to my blog. This is very adaptable and great for a 5:2 supper. It would be lovely with fish or chicken if you have extra calories to use up, or wanted to make it on a feast day.

That looks so delish! I love that sort of thing, my problem would be in only eating 200cals worth! :smile:
Thank you! The portion was a problem for me, too, but it did work out at a third of the dish. Make it on a feast day, then you can have more without a shred of guilt!
