Garlic 2 Cloves crushed
Ginger root - 1 tsp finely chopped
2 Red Chilli Peppers finely chopped (include seeds if you like it hot!)
Broccoli 200g sliced in to fialy small slices
2 Spring Onions sliced
Amoy Light Soy Sauce, 20 ml
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Sharwoods Thai Style Ribbon Noodles (Ready to Wok), 1 sachet (150g)
