Feta Salad - very filling - If you're doing two fast days in a row it's a perfect affordable option, which can be split between the days. I usually have this as my only meal on a fast day. I try to keep the hunger at bay until 3 or 4 pm.
1/2 head of broccoli (70 calories)
1/2 bunch spring onions (28 calories)
100g cherry tomatoes (20 calories)
1/3 packet of Waitrose Greek light salad cheese (123 calories)
Tiny spray of olive oil (82 calories)
100g drained pitted black olives (150 calories)
(Total - 473 calories)
Cut up the salad ingredients, crumble the cheese, spray the oil and voila! I eat mine with chopsticks and it takes me about half an hour to finish it, which means I am fuller for longer.
