5:2 Diet Recipes

200 g silken tofu, chopped up in cubes
2 tblsp parsley freshly chopped up
1 red chili pepper
2 tablespoons of chives chopped up
1 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp vegetable oil

Serves 1, kcals: 275

I made it today and it's quite filling and nice. Enjoy!

Another tofu thought is to puree it with seasonings like curry (or cumin, red pepper, whatever you like) and it comes out as a low cal hummus.
