Since all food contains calories, however few, there is no calorie-free fruit. That said, you'll find most kinds of berries are very low in calories and make a lovely snack!
Watermelon has very few calories, 30 per 100g as it's mostly water. Cucumber also has low calories for the same reason.
drink water instead
Yes, watermelon is a wonderful choice, so is melon, delicious and refreshing! Kiwi is also low cal (but I hate it, LOL) and nectarines.
