I made this yesterday on my impromptu fasting day - it was pretty much the only thing I ate all day (the other thing being my son's sandwich crusts at lunch time) and let me tell you, it was lovely, really hearty.
IGNORE the calorie info on the recipe card, it's clearly wrong.
