5:2 Diet Recipes

A new recipe for you all! This recipe is for sweet potato and aubergine curry and comes in at about 170cals per serving - not including rice or bread. The way I made it turned out to be vegan, but if that's not your thing you could add a bit of chicken. It's very very adaptable.
