Noodle recipies

Hi.

This is the start of my second week and I purchased a pack of the low/no cal noodles everyone is talking about.

Only thing is I am now stuck for recipies. Im a lover of chinese food esp sweet and sour.Any recipie ideas?

Hi Karen

I found this quick and easy pasta recipe to have for dinner on fast days. I also add chilli for that extra kick. Enjoy.

1. Prepare SlimPasta Angel Hair as the cooking instruction on the packet, pat dry with a kitchen paper to drain well. 2. Add all ingredient and mix well.
 
Per serve
Energy 587kj (136.5 Cal), Protein 23.7g, Fat 2.6g (Saturated 0.8g), Carbohydrate 1.6g (Sugar 1.5g), Sodium 94mg
SlimPasta Recipe   Tuna Pasta
 
2 serves (cooking time: 10 minutes)
-         250g SlimPasta Angel Hair/ Gluten Free
-         200g Tuna canned in spring water
-         20g Baby Rocket
-         1 Tomato, chopped
-         ¼ Red Onion
-         3 teaspoon sliced Olive
-         1 clove Garlic, crushed
-         5 teaspoon Olive Oil
-         Lemon (juice & zest)
-         Salt & Black pepper

This recipe is good. It's sweet and quite spicy (but you can leave out chilli flakes if heat isn't your thing).

I served it with rice, but you could do it with noodles too
