5:2 Diet Recipes

Disclaimer: I do like weird foods like stinky cheese, natto, plain tofu...

2 capfuls of Bragg's apple cider vinegar
15 drops liquid stevia
8oz water

Besides the claimed health benefits of apple cider vinegar it just completely eradicated my hunger (for the moment I'm sure).

Whenever I have breakfast in Japanese hotels, I see something labelled vinegar drink. I've never dared tried it. I love vinegar and sour things in general but maybe not for brekkie.
Like Izzy, I tried and couldn't do it. I really wanted to...I added it to tea, lemonade, honey, sweetener, water, etc. but it was a no go. I can add it to salads, marinades and some other foods. I also make this garlic dip with ACV that is really good. This winter when I was freezing on fast days, I took a lot of detox baths with ACV in them.
OMG I give that to my two chickens. And it's manufactured for chickens too.
25 years ago my Mum, sister and I subscribed to a dose if diluted cider vinegar before every meal. It was supposed to help weight loss. One did get used to it, but..... I prefer it as a gargle for a sore throat ( highly recommend)
You're not alone, 5:24evr?. I drink the same concoction as yours every day and have been consuming variations of it for decades. Great stuff! Tasty, satisfying, helpful for digestion. It's even better than natto, which I also like.
Okay so Natasha proves that liking natto and apple cider vinegar drinks go together!
Correction: My "recipe" isn't exactly the same as yours. I add a few shakes of cayenne pepper, which ups the health benefits, and I drink mine warm.

Some people add cinnamon and maybe other compatible spices. If you heat that up, it tastes like warm mulled cider.
