5:2 Diet Recipes

Hub has joined the diet too, but as he likes his steak, I thought I'd give him just what he likes (minus those fat inducing chips!)
Calories courtesy of my Fitness Pal, but checked with packaging too.

Tesco Finest Sirloin steak (140g) 165 calories
4 sprays of Spraylight to fry.

Mash
Celeriac chopped 100g 28 cals
Tesco root veg for mashing 100g 41 cals
Tesco natural Greek style yogurt 50g (optional) 28 cals

Cook veg till done, mash with yogurt and seasoning

Garlic mushrooms

Buy the big flat mushrooms 1 is approx 80g 18 cals
2 cloves of garlic, diced 8 cals
4 sprays of frylight 4 cals

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or till done.

Hub pronounced it 'scrum'!
Sounds yummy.
You can come and cook for me anytime.
Your husband is a very lucky man.
If I ever win the lottery I'm going to hire a cook lol.
