5:2 Diet Recipes

I made this recipe today and I have to say it made it a very easy fast day. It was yummy and felt like I had 2 "normal" meals and had just skipped breakfast.

I had a portion for lunch with the chopped tomatoes in the recipe and then a second portion at dinner with a huge bowl of salad (120 calories worth, including non-fat dressing).

I will do it again, but will add a teaspoon of dried herbs to add more flavor. You could also add a dash of chilli flakes for spice.
Thank you for the recipe. Was trying to think of something different to have tomorrow. . X
I will give this a go, thanks x
Oh my goodness! Does that ever look good. I, too, will give it a try!
That looks good! Fresh asparagus is popular in Japan, but not cottage cheese. I guess I could substitute with any low cal soft cheese...
