155cal fish

Have discovered that M&S do a "lightly dusted" haddock fillet that is only 155 calories. This with some vegetables gets you an evening meal for less than 200 calories (I split my fast between lunch and evening meal). Make sure you get haddock though as all others in range are around 250 calories.

Also someone told me about the "Chinese Style" fine egg noodles from M&S, which come in at 80 calories per 'nest' - it's a small portion but mixed with some stir fry vegetables and a small amount of chicken and you could probably get a meal for around 250-300 calories.

Last tip...for those with a sweet tooth...meringue nests are about 55 calories and Hartley's no added sugar jellies are only about 5 calories per pot.

Happy fasting!

Go to an Asian store and get shirataki noodles. They are made from yams and are very low calorie - My FitnessPal quotes 10 cals per 100g and 2 carbs.
