Not all calorie are created equal. Just checked out the site and I would warn you not to eat these sandwiches. The carbs in wraps can be very high. Carbs equal fat. Your body will store the extra carb as fat. The fat you are working so hard to get rid of. I love them myself but don't sabotage your efforts!

Thanks for the site! I love reading recipe blogs where they include a calorie count! :D

Clairemarie, the wrap that she linked to didn't seem too high in carbs, I think it was only around 20. Is that a lot? I admit I don't know much about carbs and nutrition.

Americans count carbs differently than other countries, we don't subtract the fiber from the total carb. You can decrease the amount of carbs by using a lower carb / higher fiber wrap or use a romaine lettuce leaf as the 'wrap' and eliminate the carbs.
