I love spicy food, so this is my take on Thai influenced meatballs and stir fry. It's very filling, too.
I used Morrisons Chinese stir fry, as that's what I had in, but you can use any - just check calorie values. 80g of this is 22 calories.

100g Morrisons minced turkey 133 cals
1 stalk lemongrass, finely diced 20 cals
50g spring onion diced 13 cals
1 tsp raw garlic minced 4 cals
Quarter pack (80g) stir fry veg approx 22 cals
Miracle (shirataki)noodles 100g drained weight 10 cals
A few drops of Tabasco 0 cals

Mix together the mince, lemongrass, spring onion and garlic; season well to your preference, shape into balls and bake in a hot oven for approx 45 minutes or until done (according to size)

Use Frylight spray (I used 4 sprays) to stir fry the vegetables; add the drained noodles and season. Serve with the meaballs.

Where do you find Miracle noodles?
Sounds lovely
Any Asian store - even Amazon, though they are quite expensive from there.
