You need a high power blender for this, like a Blendtec or Vitamix.

PBJ2 Smoothie

Place in blender in the following order:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 30 calories
1/2 frozen banana - 50 calories
2 TBS PBJ2 (almost fat free peanut/chocolate powder) - 45 calories
3 frozen raspberries - 5 calories
1 tsp raspberry jam - 25 calories

Cover, hit smoothie button, pour and enjoy
Oh my gosh--that sounds DELIGHTFUL! I wonder if my regular-duty bleder would work?

Nice . any old blender would do it. reckon you can substitute a teaspoon of honey for the jam, and id double the raspberries. i make similar smoothie and also add greek yoghurt and a handful of ice cubes for the cold crunch. never tried the chocolate powder though. not sure what would be a substitute here

found it online here http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Pean ... B0043WOANY

anything like this in Aussie australian stores?
The chocolate peanut powder is quite unique. I get it at a natural food store. 2 TBL only has 45 calories, but it packs a powerful and very satisfying flavor punch.
