Thanks @rawkaren, I will try the tea. I asked to the organic shop here they should receive some in a few days.

I am trying a bit of everything to help feeling more grounded, strong, focus and ready for some positive things to happen. Even strange therapies with rocks (more crystals) to help with my chakras. Silly maybe, but why not after all ?

Not silly. Do you have a crystal quartz? Very healing. I keep one next to my computer at home - good for soaking up electromag radiation too. Don't forget to rinse whatever you have regularly in cold water to keep it pure.

I have a crystal somewhere I never actually used so I will try that. On the other hand, the stone I have is a red jasper, which is my birthstone, and was given to me years ago for protection. The funny thing is I thought I had lost this stone a while back and I founded it last week. I put it in some salted water for several hours to clean it and have it near my bed since. I must admit, I feel a sense of peace I didn't feel for ages. Even if it's pure placebo, I take it.

The shop recived the tea already so I will give it a try this afternoon. Just hope it tastes good, I tend to be a bit fussy when it comes to tea
