I would add skipping breakfast or lunch, or having very light breakfasts and/or lunches.

I can post on any thread except Hazelnuts 8 week plan thread..have tried a dozen times there,and when i press submit, i just get "General Error" ..any ideas? X and hope you're doing well healthwise x and the kitkats !

Great tips, however I'm afraid I can't possibly follow the one about limiting alcohol on vacation. I limit alcohol most of the year. It's not happening on vacation :-P
Some good tips on there. He does, though, advise not to use tablets, iPhones etc. Instead we should read a good book. How does that work if your books are on Kindle?! :confused:
