Asparagus email
16 Nov 2013, 20:21
I got one of those emails, that make me feel I just can't believe everything I read.

I would love if this were real.

They are saying the way asparagus makes your urine stinky is because it is taking toxins out of the body. So eat up your asparagus.

There are also so many other vital super foods too, and they dont make your urine smelly like a asparagus.

If anyone know more about it, love to hear it.

I understood that it is a sign of healthy kidneys but that only half of the population react in this way, depending upon whether you have the enzyme methyl mercapatan to break down the sulphuric compound. Yes I'm in the half of the population where it happens.
