Just a post script to this site, you will be pleased to hear that mixed fruit pav was dished up in the canteen last night!! I'm sure they use powdered egg white, but once I added creme fraiche and frozen raspberries, it was more than acceptable!!!
Plus there were prawns, oysters too, which I didn't touch as I only buy sustainable Aussie ones!
Hope your Aussie Day was, to use a common phrase, AWESOME!!!
