Just browsing through some New Scientist articles and saw this from a couple of months ago: http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn23573-b-vitamins-may-slow-the-advance-of-alzheimers.html#.UgkzzW0ueHQ I have no idea what the recommended daily levels are, but it's quite interesting.
