I have lost the link to the previous post I put up about bra's for us bigger ladies and where to get them. Especially sports bras.

So if anyone has any hints and tips for finding sports bras in a 44F UK sizing, I would be grateful, especially if I don't have to sacrifice a weeks money to buy one.

For me at least, 5:2 has so far kept my boobs, but lost some of the back fat. Which means that the cup size has gone up proportionally. I am really hoping that by the time I'm in my 30's inches, my boobs will have shrunk, I don't want to be a 38M or anything stupid like that.

Edit - Sorry hadn't checked the sizing they do (I quickly checked whilst trying to cobble a list of food for NYE from M&S, so mind is on food !). Might be worth speaking with them, they may suggest options available or other places.

Try figleaves.com I have found their customer services very helpful and you may find they have lots of sizes. they will send bras and one can return them if they are no good.

Ooh! Amplebosom have red bras in my size... Do not buy red Julie, buy sports bra before I knock myself out with too much bounce.

Oh my word, they want £90+ for some of their bra's. That's outrageous.
But they do have sports bras.

I buy bras and other clothes from a catalogue called Oxendales - they go up to big sizes. They have a helpful video tutorial on their website on bra fitting. They encourage you to get more than one size to get the right fit and send the 'wrong' ones back. Returns are postage free. I don't know for sure if they do sports bras but worth a look.
