Opening up the cholesterol aware glam camping tent (aka glamping) for us to discuss any cholesterol related issues.
My cholesterol is low - below 4.5, but my hubs won't have prawns, kidneys or too many eggs (even though I think the latter are off the danger list).
So, along with our general health, do we all monitor cholesterol etc - and does it matter?
Hey Pen. There are some v useful existing threads on this one. Might be worth bumping them? As ever I do have an opinion
My cholesterol is high but I don't care. I am a fan of Dr Kendrick and his book 'The great Cholesterol Con' . If I am to be sold a pup then I would prefer it to be like your lovely little Anu.

don't get me on my soap box with this one. I eat lots of prawns and I haven't keeled over yet.
I am with Ballerina on this one suggest you get your hub to read the Malcolm Kendrick book it might put his mind at rest, and be able to enjoy the prawns.
