Mine is revized carbonara

I went with the classic carbonara recipe, but replaced the fresh cream by tzatziki, and the ha with sliced turkey breast.

I cook the pastas in advance, then slow cook the turkey breast with some water, garlic and erbs for taste. Then I put the hot turkey and garlic in the cold pastas.

Then, I add the tzatziki for a cold pasta salad.

We've enjoyed it with my wive, and she put it in a tortilla, and said this was pretty good liek that too.
That is really delicious! I will give it a try.
I'm not sure we are post-pandemic, but one of my go-to recipes lately is this slaw for fish tacos:

2 cups each of shredded red and white cabbage
half a bell pepper (I usually use red), chopped up
~3 scallions, chopped up
half a bunch of cilantro, chopped up

sauce:
3-4 tbsp sour cream
juice from 1.5 limes
2 tbsp olive oil
a bit of salt
whisk together and mix in with cabbage, etc.

I don't like mayonnaise, so this makes me really happy.
I want to drop my diet recipe but I guess not from post-pandemic

Turkey Carrot Mushroom Dumplings

Ingredients:
3/4 c. carrots finely julienned
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 c. mushrooms finely chopped
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp cornstarch
30 dumpling wrappers

Directions:
*Put carrots in a microwavable bowl and cover with water. Cook until tender, about 3 minutes depending on how finely shredded the carrots are. Drain and let cool.
*In a large bowl, mix together cooked carrots, turkey, mushrooms, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, onion powder, salt and cornstarch. Stir together until well combined.
*Spoon a well rounded teaspoon of filling onto a dumpling wrapper. Seal filling with wrapper. Wrap remaining dumplings.
*Bring water to boil in the bottom of the steamer pot. Place dumplings in a parchment paper lined steamer. Steam 15 minutes until cooked through.

Hope you'll like it and enjoy the taste of Turkey Carrot Mushroom Dumplings

Is this a self-made recipe? I find it healthy and I love to try it! Simple food is always a portion of good food. :)
I should give credit where it is due: this came from tasty.
I have tried in Tasty restaurant before and their menu is impressive.
