Oh franglais I'm sorry to hear about your spilt and your poor dog. It makes my troubles seem a little pathetic :-(

I am feeling positive about the fast today and keep thinking of that feeling of accomplishment at bedtime when my stomach will be rumbling!

Thanks to you all I need u to keep me on track

Claire, just go one day at a time and stay positive
Yes, some days are more difficult than other but, the feeling of accomplishement at the end of the day is even bigger

And if you can't today, there's always tomorrow anyway :cool:
