Well my favourite actor of ALL TIME is celebrating his birthday today. At 78 he still oozes personality. I love him!! (er, I'm talking of course about Jack Nicholson!)

Returned to fasting 01\06\2020
Have returned to 5:2 (500 cals) and trying to keep below 50g carbs
Living a Vegan Lifestyle now
Current weight: 12:10
Target weight: 9.7
