Just spotted this. Thank you and Happy Diwali!

Back from a lovely evening celebrating with family. Fallen off the low carb wagon big time but hey, it's Diwali! And tomorrow's a new day! And Tuesday's a fast day!

Good time to test the truth of the theory that an occasional blow-out is good for weight loss! :)

Happy Diwali to all celebrating!
This time last year I was in Fiji, and really enjoyed learning about Diwali and seeing the decorations.
Enjoy!

Sounds like you had a great time. I'm sure one day off low carb won't hurt
