Crikey @CandiceMarie making cakes like that you are a danger to yourself
Have you considered Great British Bakeoff?
Woah, nearly missed it *frightened*

Turned my life around.

Thank you forum & thank you Moogie
A relative newbie (i started on 24 Nov, 2013), but even in this short space of time I've really loved the support and acceptance you folks have provided without judgment and the occasional kick up the ass and wonderul "high fives" when sharing success stories

A special thanks to Moogie and every single person for making this place such a wonderful home for us all.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
Happy birthday to all of us!!!
I have never been a forum person but this is the only one I have ever stayed on and enjoyed.
Thank you to everyone on here for the support, advice, and laughs
Whoops, I nearly missed the party. Its been a great (nearly ) year for me, thanks to all the friends I've made on here. The support has been fantastic, it has kept me going through a lot of up's and downs. The geeks have explained so much, its shown me where other diets have gone wrong for me and its proven to me that I wasn't at fault with other weight loss failures, it was the weight loss regimes I was using that were at fault.

So a raised glass to Moogie, the Admin team and many friends and acquaintances, may we all still be here, for all the right reasons, in 10 years time.
Hahaaa 10 year's time Julie? I have trouble looking as far forward as that but if the forum is still here then I will be too - hopefully along with all the wonderful people here now!

OMG.... I'll be 78 years old by then :-o :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Then in 10 years time we will all be healthy for our age because of our fasting. Who knows how many years extra of healthy life we will have added by then?
Happy First Birthday 5:2 Fast Forum! To @Moogie , all the mods, and all the forum members who ask questions, reply with answers, high fives or with a kick in the bottom. Thank you all for making this forum the great place it is.

I was fasting on Friday but Saturday is our family dinner and I will be thinking of you all. Cheers.

Unable to post yesterday. So a belated Happy Birthday.

Thank you to everyone for all the great support, encouragement and motivation you have given to help us all achieve success.

Here's to another good year for all.

Just joining in the thread to celebrate the birthday. What an eye- opening year it's been.
Thanks to Moogie and all forum supporters who have inspired us.
Cheers all!

Thank you and Happy Anniversary to us all.
40 pounds off in 2013, maintaining for the holiday month of January then 40 pounds off in 2014! Thanks to all of you on this wonderful forum. Xxx julianna
Congrats to all, especially Moogie , who've made this Forum such a success . I love reading all the posts - friendly , witty , helpful, thought-provoking. . . . . .

On a sadder note ,we lost our little 20 year old tabby cat just before Christmas - she was part of the family - so I know how you're feeling ,Moogie. I'm sending hugs . xxxx
Thanks again all, and for the comments about Phoebe. I have to wonder if she has any idea that she is ill, she is still very much herself (aside from her very sad looking shaved neck from all the blood tests). I hope we have many more happy months to spend with her, but I know she could go downhill very rapidly and the lump does seem to have grown a lot in the last few weeks. If anyone here is the praying kind please I'd appreciate any you could send up for Phoebe's comfort. Thanks xxx
 Done that @moogie I really hope you get good news these tiny little pets do become one of the family.

PS::: the xmas decorations should be down by now
( hat moogie)!!! think you've become attached to it
