I have a little collection. A pasta maker yet to be christened, an intimidating Krupp coffee machine which I might have to tackle now my plunger glass jar is broken, a bread oven taking up a lot of space, juicer which since 5:2 is only being used for green drinks.

I agree re the slow cooker I love using my dad's ancient crock pot, just start using it when you are at home @benchurki to get used to it and only have on low if you go to sleep or leave the house and it will behave itself
 I thought long and hard about this one because when I had a new kitchen fitted 2/3 years ago I had a good clear-out giving loads to my local charity shops including a yogurt maker + ice cream maker + pasta machine, some items I only use few times a year are pressure cooker, an old simple mixer don't use often at all and deep fat fryer ( Obviously) really wish I could dump this one completely but OH likes "real" chips but always complains about potatoes being rubbish for chips + jackets.
But not used items since refit are:::
1 food warmer (2tea candle lights) version.
1 Fondue pot/maker not used for 10 years at least.
2 dishes for jacket pot in m/wave yyuukkkk
1 Wee willy winkle (Careful now) candle light with glass cover This was kept for power cut emergencies but on those occasions we quickly get out torches and then
basic candles.
Few things I've started to use again because of this WOL @wolfie Are salad spinner now everyday, and a very small grater with a collection box underneath ( prob 5" x 3") sorry inches) very tiny + handy for carrot/nutmeg grating etc, and a new set of chopping knives ( bought 6 years ago) used daily now, also a very small set of W/watchers kitchen scale that the "tub" fits neatly over the base for storing had for 15 yrs.
Bathroom scales bought new replacement ones and now use weekly deffo ( was a shy and infrequent weighed).

 My New found knowledge about this WOL and of course this forum both of these I use at least Hourly
Ah. Forgot about the food warmer @sue.q Mine is electric. Next to useless on a table! The healthy gadgets I do actually use are:
Spiral slicer (for making pretty looking salad)
A very deadly mandoline. OH did actually take off the top of his finger once
Salad spinner.
Dehydrator

I also have a gelateria but I'm ashamed to say I only use it once a year when the black currants are ripe and I turn them into ice cream

By coincidence a spiral grater/slicer is just what I've been searching for today! Went to The Range (warehouse style homestore), but none there. Will have a look on ebay later. Want one to make courgette 'pasta'
Forgot to add my stick blender now used very regular for my soup starter on fast days, and also my starter for this evenings meal which I am trying cauli to thicken for the first time, next I'll be onto cauli rice. @rawkaren what is the dehydrator used for? never heard of that one.

@Sue.q. I'm afraid I used to be a nerdy raw vegan. It's a way of making foods but not heating them above 115 degrees to preserve the enzymes. it's great if you are very committed but to be honest you don't need one. I use mine to make linseed crackers and onion bread. It's a great way of using up left over veg, blending it into a pulp, adding some flax, and turning it into crackers. I have also dried a glut of tomatoes, and other fruits, plus other exotic things over the years. Mine is called an Excalibur. You can probably find one on eBay! I think @gillymary might have one too so she can tell you if it is worth the investment.
Yes just checked it out on the link advice you gave to @callyanna had assumed It was something like that
( only seen on masterchef) don't think I'll both just another oversized "thingee" to store but I was thinking of ridding my pressure cooker in favour of a multi cooker seen in Aldi that's also big and the reviews say its OK as p/cooker but not as slow/cooker as stated otherwise I may have been interested.
A friend uses her dehydrator to make fruit 'leather' among other dried and preserved fruit and veg. Its never turned off during the veg and fruit season. She even dries onions as the dried takes up much less room than fresh stringed ones.
