I downloaded the sleep app Sleep Cycle this week. I'm shocked at how bad the quality of sleep is. Don't know if I will stick with it though, the thought of sleeping with a mobile phone by my head makes me anxious and probably contributing to my poor sleep!

The quality of my sleep is vastly improved since my weight loss, I think it's mostly because I've stopped snoring. Now I'm perfectly fine with 5-6 hours, before I was usually quite tired with 7-8, and usually had to take a nap every day.
