Merry Christmas to all in the Southern Hemisphere! I love the elongated Christmas and New Year, starting all the way over in the east and finishing so much later in the west.

Merry Christmas everyone, north and south, east and west. What fun we'll have feasting without guilt, knowing what we know now. I'll be wearing my new skinnier red pants.

Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays 5:2 36 hours
Green tea all day then less than 500 calories in one meal in the evening.
16:8 all the other days, wey-hey at weekends and daily weighing
It worked for me sloooowly
