OK, have I missed the reviews thread? I saw the preview one but did no-one have anything to say about him growing 3 x 3-4ft tapeworms????

The man is crazy! Actually, he was on the Danny Baker show on Radio 5 last Saturday. I meant to catch up with it but missed it. Did anyone listen to him?

I decided to pass on that programme, the previews were bad enough!
Yes, I guess the results are pretty inevitable aren't they

Apparently the only part that BBC Health and Safety got concerned about was the Head Lice
Thats health and safety for you!

Watched this now, absolutely fascinating. Bet you loved it too @nursebean being a nurse an all.
Brings back memories of my former life. Toxoplasmosis, malaria. (Heart worm in dogs, not mentioned!, Was my favourite blood parasite to find as all the clinicians and students would come running in to see).
Told my hubs, that's the man who developed my fast diet. He did fall asleep watching it, he still has a touch of "man flu"
A shame the worms didn't get to crawl out of his bum.
Leeches.
A lad at my school, chopped the end of his finger off (swinging from the top of a door) yes I was first Aider! The hospital used leeches to help sort his re-attached finger tip.
To be honest I prefer seeing them alive to seeing them dead in jars.
Hook worm for crohns disease - amazing.

What a fascinating program! Can't say I 'enjoyed' it as such, but it was really interesting to see the tapeworms that he ingested had grown inside him, and the different types of lice. Amazing!
Couldn't quite bring myself to watch (coward that I am) so a brief run down by those who did gratefully received please.
