I have known it was a sun trap as soon as we moved in, but 44C is taking the mickey. Its no wonder my poor hanging basket in that corner is looking so limp. Its being baked to death.

I could cope with the 44c but it's the humidity that I can't stand. I'm sure I'm turning into your hanging basket,

You won't get rid of me that fast Ballerina. Its just high hazy cloud so far. I am really looking forward to a good thunderstorm I love to see, hear and feel primeaval Mother Earth reminding us who's boss.
I pity my lads though. They are off to Germany on Thursday and camping with some online friends with BBQ's etc. Over the weekend they are there its forecast thunderstorms too. Thunderstorms in a tent, in an open field??? I don't know if I would be able to do it or not.

It's been blistering hot in Oxfordshire all day, but the sky and the wind tells me a storm is brewing now. Yay
