rat corpse or mouse?
19 Mar 2014, 02:41
Yes, you read right and it is decomposing in the wall of my bedroom and the cavity in my sliding door is letting the smell leach out. I can't pull my walls down now can I?

Is it just a smell that is truly bothersome or is there something more I should be concerned about? Disease? I can smell it so are the vapours being inhaled?

Now I'm really scaring myself.

It's annoying but it will go. Be grateful it's not a possum!

Graphic warning!! Don't read on unless you have a strong stomach!! Oh yes, I had a dead possum in my skillion roof when I was 16 weeks pregnant, had to climb up with my husband and peel back the colorbond to remove it. We knew it was there because maggots were dropping through the ceiling!

Good luck, zamale! Probably not dangerous, just revolting.
